Admission Process

Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate (B.Tech) Programs:
- 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology with minimum 60% aggregate (50% for reserved categories).
- VITEEE rank required for merit-based admission.
Postgraduate (M.Tech) Programs:
- B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks.
- Valid GATE/VITMEE score preferred.
Doctoral (Ph.D.) Programs:
